Meet the Founders
Karthik Venkataraman
Karthik has nearly 20 years of experience in the biotech and medical device industries. Combining a background as a published researcher and software developer, he brings a unique perspective to engineering challenges. Having worked at Illumina, Dexcom, and Omniome (now PacBio), Karthik has led teams to bring products from concept to market, balancing technical and business needs while ensuring reliable delivery.
John Duddy
John has over 35 years of experience in software development, including distributed systems, security, hardware/software integrations, and bioinformatics. He has served as lead software engineer on multiple projects at Illumina and Omniome (now PacBio), controlling a variety of components such as pumps, motors, cameras, heaters, and sensors. John’s expertise ensures that KJX Solutions delivers robust, high-quality software for complex systems.
